Your riding position can evolve as your fitness, flexibility, strength, and goals change. Our Bike Fit Follow-Up appointment ensures your fit continues to work for you long after your initial session.

Whether you're experiencing new discomfort, have changed equipment, increased your training volume, or simply want to fine-tune your position, this session allows us to review your current setup and make any necessary adjustments.

We'll assess your comfort, efficiency, and performance on the bike, revisit any previous recommendations, and make targeted changes to help you ride further, faster, and more comfortably.

Includes:

  • Review of your existing bike fit

  • Assessment of comfort, efficiency, and biomechanics

  • Position adjustments and refinements

  • Cleat and saddle position checks

  • Evaluation of any new equipment changes

  • Advice on mobility, strength, and injury prevention

  • Opportunity to discuss training and riding goals
